By purchasing access to the online workshop/masterclass “NOOMAD” (hereinafter referred to as the “Product” or “Event”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The operator and provider is Jiří Svoboda (operating via GeorgeFreedom.com).
All content of the Event, including presentations, spoken word, methodologies, and provided materials, is the intellectual property of the author and is protected by copyright law.
Personal Use Only: You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the obtained information to build your own independent projects.
Prohibition on Distribution: It is strictly prohibited to record the Event on your own devices, share access credentials with third parties, or publicly distribute materials provided by the author. It is not permitted to teach or resell identical know-how under your own name without prior written consent.
This is a digital service (live online event).
Participation: Failure to attend the live event does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refunds: Due to the nature of the digital product and seat reservation, all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that the service may be delivered before the expiration of the statutory withdrawal period, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal.
Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that the Event is cancelled by the organizer (e.g., due to illness or technical failure), you are entitled to a substitute date or a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
The Product serves exclusively for educational purposes.
No Earnings Guarantee: The author assumes no responsibility for your business results. Success depends on your own execution, market situation, and effort. The methodologies presented in the course (including “The Partner Pact” case study) are a demonstration of the author’s personal experience, not a guaranteed guide to getting rich.
Technical Advisory: The course contains demonstrations of work with third-party tools. The author bears no responsibility for future changes in pricing, terms, or functionality of these tools.
When purchasing access, we collect only the data necessary for the order process and service delivery:
Name and Email: To send the access link for the Event.
Payment Data: Processed securely via third-party gateways (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Service Delivery: Sending organizational instructions, access credentials, and payment confirmations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is stored in independent secure systems (WordPress) and protected by standard encryption.
