I’ve had programming as a hobby and yet I never really thought it would be my career pathway. I worked as a hydrogeologist for environmental remediation, then I taught computer science at a Czech High school. My lifelong hobbies include history, woodworking and leather carving, making Viking table games .. and physical training – a mixture of gym, barefoot running and Wim Hof. A Czech boyscout turned pagan. As result I’ve built a Viking e-shop – click to see: PAGANIA and I’ve created my own podcasts – click to listen to: Pagania on SPOTIFY.
As I was teaching programming basics at the High school I felt the urge to learn more. So I enrolled in a coding course and dove deeper. With more expertise gained I was able to work as a Python lecturer and a programming coach at the IT academies. So I can work remotely and focus on expanding my project portfolio. I’m preparing for a junior position as a back-end developer.
